Tremproof 260
Tremproof 260 Spray-Applied Waterproofing Membrane is a olymer-enhanced, single-component, fluid-applied asphalt emulsion basement waterproofing membrane. It is designed for spray application to concrete, masonry and other structural substrates, primarily in vertical installations.
Faux Rocks
You've got something to hide... your landscaping project is almost finished and you wish you could do something about the well head or pipe that sticks up right in the middle of your flower garden or perhaps an unsightly septic cover draws all the attention.
The Modern Square was invented so that even your window wells could look stylish. Custom sizes available. Made in Canada the Modern Square is made of Heavy Dusty 18 gauge stainless steel.
Complete with an app, PumpSpy's remote server will continuously monitor your sump pump and alert you BEFORE flooding happens.
About Us
Established in 2004, The R&D Development Group Inc is highly respected for it's ability to identify and solve your basement waterproofing problems.
In 2011 we started to design and manufacture the OSS (outdoor sump system) on the premise of why bring water into our homes and then pump it back out. Now we are selling/installing them on new and existing homes throughout Canada. The OSS is also available through your local Home Hardware stores as a special order item for contractors and home owners.
We provide our clients with service, workmanship and communication until the project is finished.
We are proud members of the Stratford & Area Home Builders Association.

Outdoor Sump System
An outdoor sump system keeps water out of your basement in the first place. Why allow water to flow in to your basement and then pump it out when you can keep it out all together? The outdoor sump system can be installed in existing homes and new construction.
Features of an Outdoor Sump System:
-The outdoor sump system is installed outside of your home, not in your basement
-Installation below the frost lines means it won’t freeze
-An attractive decorative faux rock covers the lid and complements your landscaping
Benefits of an Outdoor Sump System:
-No water flows into your home’s basement
-Prevents flooding in your basement during a power outage
-No holes in the footings of your home
-No need to ruin your finished basement to install
